Every piece has a story. We’re here to give it another one.

PreLoved London was founded by Charlotte Rouland, with a love for fashion and the thrill of finding something special.

I joined Charlotte along the way, and when she returned to France, I stayed — taking on the business and continuing the story she had started.

I’m Spanish, London-obsessed, and fashion has always been part of my professional life. Before moving to London, I had already spent my career working in fashion in Spain. So when I joined PreLoved, it felt like the perfect meeting point between something I’ve always loved and a city I had fallen in love with.

Because we don’t think the problem is what’s missing from our wardrobes.

It’s what’s already there.

We curate pre-loved clothing and accessories that feel current, stylish and worth having. Quality matters. Condition matters. Great fabrics matter. And so does that feeling when you see a piece and immediately think, I love this.

Our rails mix designer treasures with timeless wardrobe staples and brilliant high-street finds. Some pieces have been worn and loved; some still have their original tags. What they have in common is that we believe they deserve another chance.

We don’t think second-hand should mean dated.
We don’t think great style needs to be brand new.
And we don’t think you have to stop loving high street to shop more thoughtfully.

If you love Zara, love Zara. Just maybe let someone else love it first.

For us, that’s the beauty of pre-loved fashion: it doesn’t ask you to change your style. It simply asks you to change the way you shop.

And then there’s our little community.

PreLoved London is tucked away downstairs inside a hair salon. Not exactly the easiest shop to stumble across — but somehow, that has become part of our story.

Customers come back regularly. Friends tell friends. Someone discovers us for the first time and says, “How did I not know this place existed?”

We secretly love that.

Of course, one day we’d love a beautiful shopfront of our own. But for now, being a little hidden means that discovering PreLoved London still feels like finding a secret.

A London hidden gem where you never quite know what you’re going to find.

And perhaps that’s what keeps us coming back too.

Because after all these years, I’m still here for the same reason: I genuinely love what I do.

I love the hunt.
I love the unexpected find.
I love seeing a piece go from one wardrobe to another.

And I love knowing that something that was once loved can be re-loved all over again.
